• ~$19k available from One Fund for the year; budget is flexible for school needs (past projects like mural, gaga pit, artist-in-residence).
• New/updated fundraising ideas: Rummage Sale, “A-Thon” events, BoxTops for Education app, Coffee shop partnerships, Fun Run, potential Rave Dance-a-thon.
• Yearbook possibility being explored (~$10–12/student; fundraiser may offset costs).

🙋 Volunteering

• PTA events: no district clearance needed.
• Classroom parties, room parent roles, field trips, coaching: limited (ID scan) or comprehensive (fingerprinting + clearance) approval required.

📚 Teacher & Library Updates

• New librarian, Mr. Yasukawa, seeks volunteers for shelving and a possible family book club.
