Next Event: Walkerfest! Saturday, November 15th, 11am-2pm.

WalkerFest is the PTA’s largest fundraiser – our annual carnival, featuring games, activities, raffle prizes, food, snacks, and this year – a cotton candy machine loaned by Washington PTA!

Suggested Donations & WalkerBucks: Families are encouraged to contribute by purchasing a wristband ($25 suggested donation). WalkerBucks are the event currency and can be used at various booths; guidance is provided at the event.

Volunteer Opportunities: VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! Review the Volunteer Sign Up to select time slots. We also welcome donations to help offset the cost of running the event. Donation Sign Up.

Raffle: Raffle tickets are available for purchase online and hard copy tickets were sent home with students; winners are drawn during the event. Participation does not require presence at the drawing!

🌍 International Night is back—one of Walker’s favorites! Tuesday, October 21, 6–8pm a lot of families came out to celebrate the many families and cultures in our community. The evening featured family-hosted tables where families displayed items and information about their cultures and heritages, plus brought potluck-style foods.

Thinking of starting your holiday shopping? Check out the Five Below on Main Street in Evanston and support Walker! Present a hard copy (printed) of the flyer with your purchase, and Five Below will donate 10% your sale to Walker. Look for the flyers in your students’ Friday Folders this week!
