On behalf of the Nichols Chess Club and Evanston Scholastic Chess, we would like to invite you and your school’s chess team to participate in the 2023 Nichols Chess Championship Tournament on Saturday, April 15th, 2023. Participants do not have to be on the chess team/club to participate.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To register your child, utilize the ESChess Registration Form HERE

• Registration closes at 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 12th.
• Information required to register includes: player’s grade level, player’s school and whether the player will be taking a bye in rounds 1 or 2 (if they are arriving late.)
• The tournament entry fee is $5 per registered player. Payment is due on the day of the tournament after the start of the third round. All payments should be collected by the team coordinator and submitted to the Info Desk – make checks payable to Evanston Scholastic Chess.
