The Book Fair will be open on Tuesday from 4:00pm-8:00pm and on Wednesday from 4:00pm-6:30pm during Parent/Teacher conferences. It will be held in the main hallway in the front of the school by the office. Funds raised from the fair will go towards buying books & literacy initiatives at Walker. Parents will also have the opportunity to purchase a book from any teacher’s wish list to donate to that classroom, please see a volunteer for assistance.

Special Friends Day will be on Wednesday Oct. 17th during your child’s lunch/recess periods. They are welcome to invite a special adult to have lunch with them and visit the book fair. *Students need to be in the company of an adult to browse book fair items during Special Friends Day. Lunch/Recess time periods are as follows: K & 1st: 11:00am-11:40am, 2nd & 3rd: 11:50am-12:30pm, 4th & 5th: 12:40pm-1:20pm.
